Really exceptional profile, super fruity (tropical), creamy and light wax/floral aromas. The deep spice and oak that sometimes makes other agricoles seem a little bitter is almost completely absent here. Beautifully balanced.

On the nose, it could almost be mistaken for an unaged Agricole. Very grassy, earthy and "fresh". Rather flat and very young on the palate with a barely noticeable finish. Definitely the weakest Bally of the evening. 75 points

This is not a bad rum, but I would have loved a higher ABV. The nose is grassy with fruits and spices as well as some wood. I get mostly apple here. The palate is spicy/peppery with grass and fruit in the front trailed by vanilla, wood, leather and a light herbal note. The finish is medium long and warm with wood, spices and fruits.
