Really exceptional profile, super fruity (tropical), creamy and light wax/floral aromas. The deep spice and oak that sometimes makes other agricoles seem a little bitter is almost completely absent here. Beautifully balanced.

This is not a bad rum, but I would have loved a higher ABV. The nose is grassy with fruits and spices as well as some wood. I get mostly apple here. The palate is spicy/peppery with grass and fruit in the front trailed by vanilla, wood, leather and a light herbal note. The finish is medium long and warm with wood, spices and fruits.

In der nase fast mit einem ungelagerten Agricole zu verwechseln. Sehr grasig, erdig und „frisch“. Am Gaumen eher flach und sehr jung mit einem kaum merkbaren Abgang. Definitiv der schwächste Bally an diesem Abend. 75 Punkte
