An expressive spicy sweetness, sherry notes and balanced bitter notes that remain long on the palate. The fruit from the scent is found again as a mixture of pear and caramelized sugar. The aftertaste is very long and pleasant.

Dann fangen wir mal an die Rum Company Rums zu bewerten. In der Nase sehr viel Melasse, am Gaumen dann wirklich röstig, Kaffee, Mokka, aber auch Toffee haben wir hier. Schmeckt aber auch recht bitter, was eine bessere Bewertung verhindert.

Original impressions from 2017 rum calendar. Nose: **** Taste: *** Overall: *** ”Portvin/Madeira? 40% Caribbean.” Port or madeira on the nose, probably from the barrels. Some fruity and sweet notes after a while. Palate is light and sweet.
