Tasted at Rhumfest Paris, Guillaume welcomed us very well, letting us taste some samples of possible new releases. This St Aubin pure cane juice has rather fresh and agricultural notes on the nose. The palate is rich, citrus/ red pepper zing and sweetness of sugar/ anise.

Nose and palate logical. Classic pure juice profile pleasant but without surprise: sugarcane, herbs, citrus, a hint of anise. The 57° brings the right intensity. Worth trying in a cocktail, surely interesting.
