Anfangs sehr alkohlisch beim ersten Schnüffeln, lässt aber nach. Aprikose dominiert. Ich muss an Schokoladenrosinen denken. Für mich typisch A.H. Rise. Was man riecht, schmeckt man. Nur statt Pfirsich schmeckt es jetzt nach Aprikose. Genau mein Ding. Eine toller Rum.

Day 4 of my Christmas Calendar. Still a very sweet and fruity rum withe some Christmas spices in the profile. ----------- Almost like the regular XO bit still too sweet for me. Almost like liquid candy in a kind of way.

Auch dieser likörartige A.H. Riise kommt sehr süß daher. Pfirsich/Aprikosenoten dominieren Geruch und Geschmack. Für mich reiht er sich in der mittleren Region des Portfolios ein. Zu facettenarm für höhere Ränge, ihn fehlt etwas Charakter...

Considered a rum-based spirit, this XO juice finished in Sauternes casks is extremely sweet. The nose flirts with fruit brandies like peach and apricot. Vanilla, sugar and caramel are not far behind, hinting at a tampered juice. There's no doubt about it on the palate: the Sauternes cask has taken its toll, resulting in a very syrupy, very sweet juice (sugar addition confirmed) that disrupts the palate. With its syrupy texture, sweet flavors and fruity alcoholic effluvia, this beverage tends to be nauseating after a few sips. The finish is no exception, being relatively short and linear along the same lines. There's a hint of chocolate, honey and cognac, but the taste doesn't change much. A drink where you need to move on quickly to avoid diabetes.

A smell of canned peaches and Passoa liquor. In the taste also candied orange. A light spiciness as well, but most of all extremely sweet as is the case with this whole range.

Nope, one of the worst. The taste of riise is there but weirdly twisted with some sort of synthetic sweet flavor I cannot describe. For me this one is a no no. Only positive about this one is a short finish. Thank god for that

Na vůni je alkoholový, po usazení síla ustupuje a nastoupí prijemna sladkost . Ve vuni je taky vanilka, citrusy, chuť příjemně ovocná, rozinky , coko... Nemuzu neřict : typický A.H. Riise.

Zeit mal wieder einen Riise zu probieren. Ich mag Süßrum und da ist natürlich Riise immer eine gute Wahl für mich. Bisher hat mich noch kein Riise enttäuscht, immer süß, aber dazu gibt es viele verschiedene Geschmacksrichtungen, je nach Sorte, von Frucht über Toffee bis zu Schokolade, etc. Alle sind lecker, aber nicht wirklich komplex. Dieser Riise gehört zur Frucht Abteilung. Fruchtig und süß, vor allem dominiert Pfirsich. Relativ mild und es mischt sich noch Toffee Geschmack zwischen den Pfirsich Geschmack. Lecker auf jeden Fall, aber eben halt Riise, da weiß ich nie ob man das wirklich als guten Rum bezeichnen kann.

Dieser Rum wurde mir in einer Beratung empfohlen. Insgesamt für meinen Geschmack etwas süß, passt aber zu der Fruchtnote von Aprikosen. Der Abgang ist mild und mittellang. Wer auf fruchtigen Rum steht, wird hieran Freude haben.

Well, it's just an over-sugared Riise. This one is also very sweet. Adjusted downwards, no more Riise recommendations for the deal of the day. But it's also sugar water. In summary, it's just that completely over-sweetened and artificial taste that completely dominates.

Sehr Fruchtige Nase mit süße und leicht alkoholischen Note. Dann überzeugt die Frucht und wandelt sich im Abgang zur schneidenden Alkohol Note die noch lange bleibt. Schade das die Fruchtnite schnell verschwindet.

Ich weiß ja nicht wie man es mit so viel Gramm Zucker schaffen kann das fast jede Abfüllung trotzdem alkoholisch schmeckt aber das ist hier gelungen. Ansonsten schmeckts nach eingekochter Fanta Orange und extrem künstlichen Aromen...

Hier passt die gleiche Bewertung wie beim 1888 Copenhagen. Könnte man fast verwechseln. Endlich ein Riise der mir schmeckt 😉 Farblich wie Gelbgold. Der Geruch nach Pfirsich, Orange und Aprikose. Im Geschmack ist das fruchtige dominant. Schön mild. Endlich mal nicht der typische Riise Geruch und Geschmack. Aber immer noch mit viel Zucker.
