Buttery, spiced and surprisingly dark for a 3-year-old: think roasted notes, walnut, dark chocolate and coffee laid over the grassy sugarcane backbone of a Martinique agricole. At 57% it's full and talkative without being harsh. Several tasters were genuinely surprised this is only three years old, and a couple paired it happily with a cigar. Bold and not for everyone.
