Auf der HanseSpirit‘25 probiert. Tolle Nase, toller Gaumen, sofort gekauft (zusammen mit einem Rumbuddy, denn 1 l ist ganz schön viel und teuer 😋) Nase: frisch-fruchtig, leicht würzig, sehr harmonisch und rund, trotz der 60% und der jungen 5 Jahre. Süß und säuerlich zugleich, erinnert er mich zunächst an reife Stachelbeere mit frischer Feige, grünem Apfel, Mirabelle und Kumquat. Er bekommt auch eine schöne Honig- oder Karamell-Süße. Daneben finde ich auch eine feine Getreide-Note, getrockneter Roggen vielleicht. Hinten heraus angenehm Kirsch-Joghurt. Sehr lecker. 8,9 Gaumen: zunächst echt kräftig und intensiv, legt er eine schöne Geschmackskurve hin. Adstringent und röstig-salzig-würzig mit Pfeffer und Muskat und leicht metallisch zu Beginn, speckig-nussig-süße Tonkabohne mit säuerlicher Stachelbeere, unreifer Kiwi, Aprikose und Sauerkirsche in der Mitte und grasigem, grünen Zuckerrohr, Liebstöckel und Getreide am Ende. Wirklich eine sehr gute Fasswahl, toller, junger Pére Labat und mal ein Agricole, der mich abholt. 8,9
