Great newisson, great POS
Pleasant Agricole.
Ein kräftiger Agricole, der in seinen ca. 5 Jahren Reifezeit eine ordentliche Portion Eiche mitbekommen hat, aber weit davon entfernt ist, überholzt zu sein. Die Grundausrichtung bleibt stets frisch und grasig mit erkennbarer Zitrusfruchtigkeit, was in Kombination mit dem deutlichen Fasseinfluss ein stimmiges Gesamtbild schafft. Ein paar mehr tropische Fruchtaromen würden mir zwar noch besser gefallen, aber auch so ist dies ein feiner Rhum.
Nicely balanced profile, but a little more depth and fruitiness would be necessary to achieve a top rating.
