Typical Zacapa dark brown color and Solara aged 23 years then extra aged in Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks. This combination is less sweet than Z 23 bursting with rich flavor from start to a long spicy finish.

A bit below the other one In summary, my tasting notes: Nose: Charred, Mocha Palate: Spicy, Burnt sugar Finish leaning more towards: Fruity, Woody Very clearly good products from them, but you do have to like sugar though.

#4425 Whisky & Rom Festival 2023 28.10.2023 Notes. Sweet and well rounded with fruits and roasted wood. There is light chocolate in the profile. The chocolate is even clearer in the empty glass.

It will surely be appreciated by fans of sweeter rum flavors as well as those who enjoy finding stories in rum tastes. It will also attract those who don't like heavy and strong rums.
