Typical Zacapa dark brown color and Solara aged 23 years then extra aged in Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks. This combination is less sweet than Z 23 bursting with rich flavor from start to a long spicy finish.

A hair below the other To sum up, my degustation notes: Nose: Charred, Mocha On the palate: Spicy, Burnt sugar Finish: Fruity, Woody Clearly good products, but you've got to like sugar anyway.

#4425 Whisky & Rom Festival 2023 28.10.2023 Notes. Sweet and well rounded with fruits and roasted wood. There is light chocolate in the profile. The chocolate is even clearer in the empty glass.
