8,2:On the nose, the first impression we get is very industrial with a rubber, petrol. Some red and dried fruits peek through, the first two notes turn into menthol somewhere down the road.Slowly more and more fruity notes break through like some pear, citrus like mandarine, dried apricot and roasted wood notes with smoke, caramel and dark chocolate with allspice.Peach and passion fruit come quite late to the appointment. 8,6:On the palate, the attack is tasty, round with allspice, dried, tropical and citrus fruits, roasted wood with chocolate. The molasses is mineral, waxy, there is some menthol. Some nuts, coffee crawl out, later toffee, as the rum becomes dry.Dried fruits from red wine finish make it syrupy. At last creamy, juicy peaches with vanilla keep the rum in nice balance. 8,4:The finish is long, dry, woody with roasted notes like nuts, smoke, there is menthol, the molasses is mineral, the fruits are various from red, tropical to dried and in the end some tannins could be notice.

Richtig leckerer Plantation.

Extremely mentholated, almost too much even if you like the profile. Very dry, astringent and the peppery tannins from the Burgundy red wine finish. Not really to my taste.
