#5683 21.09.2025 Enjoying some samples while preparing samples from yesterdays tasting. Nose Fresh, agricole, fruits, light grass, citrus, sugarcane, light tomato, light olive. Palate Oily, fresh, agricole, fruits, light citrus, sugarcane, spice, light tomato, light olive, light salt. Finish Medium long, fresh, oily, citrus, light herbal, sugarcane. Empty glass Sugarcane, vanilla, citrus.

La Perle Brute 2022 – 66 % Cette cuvée “Cannes de Monsieur Paul Octave” est distillée sans réduction dans l’alambic en cuivre équipé de la colonne à 7 plateaux, “La Belle Aline”. Plus intense et chaleureuse en bouche, certes, mais remarquablement bien intégrée. Elle commence à dévoiler des arômes plus précis : agrumes, herbes légères, et une belle énergie.
