Overall a rum with fantastic aromas and with flavors almost at the same level. This rum, a 970 Single Cask from the Engenhos do Norte Distillery in Madeira is distilled in 2010 and aged for 11 years in an oak barrel before bottled at Brut de Fut in just 228 bottles.

Starker Einfluss durch das Madeiraweinfass, das die Engenhos do Norte Destillerie grundsätzlich verwendet. Sehr fruchtig, beerig, Holz und fasslastig, sowie Karamellsüße. Elegant und ausgewogen. Nicht unendlich komplex, aber hohe Qualität allemal.
