Ripe banana and a whiff of solvent lead the way — several tasters immediately called it Worthy Park, and that reads true. Add pear, pineapple and a touch of young oak, all wrapped in a soft fruity sweetness. The Marsala finish sits so quietly most barely notice it. At 43% it's approachable and the alcohol stays out of the way; a gentle, fine Jamaican rather than a loud ester bomb.

what a nice surprise! our Sicilian friends come out with a beautiful jamaican that has nothing to be ashamed of when compared to hampden's standards. it's a little lighter and less demonstrative, but very fine, with all the markers, and an astonishing length for 43 degrees. alcohol superbly integrated, you even forget about it. a product I'll probably be buying as a gift soon!

All in all, a very good rum. Unfortunately, it seems a little thin with its 43% ABV. With a little more power it could have been a lot more. Thanks again to Johannes for the sample, I would probably never have tried it like this.

This rum left me with a good overall impression. The nose is sweet and fruity (yellow fruit), and the taste continues the sweetness, the alcohol is delicate and the cask does its job well. It holds well in the mouth.

This Sicilian rum was a pleasant surprise, you can taste the aging in Marsala without it covering the other notes, very balanced. Besides that, you can tell it's Worthy Park.

10/10/2025: S9T1 (special casks tasting) @ TasTToe. This rum got a finish of 6 months in Marsala casks. Nosing and tasting it immediately screams Worthy Park. Nice flavours but I would've liked a slightly higher ABV. The Marsala influence is minimal in my opinion.

Road Rummers S9 T1 A fresh pour gives a nice woody nose but it dissapears fast. After that it's Worthy Park banana's.
