Zitrus, Kräuter, Holz, Melasse. Ein junger Port Mourant, der ein schönes Profil hat, aber der Alkohol ist leider nicht perfekt eingebunden- etwas zu jung.

I finally had opportunity to try rum from Uitvlugt, and another from RS. To be honest color could be little bit more captivating. In aroma I noticed lot of fruits, raisin and spice and what little bit of that technical scents. I let it rest for a while and I found very weak sweet vanilla scent. In taste this rum reminded me rums from Trinidad with lot od technical flavors, spices. Texture is very oily and again spicy. But almost at the end I felt chocolate flavor, which again I absolutely love in rums. Finish is pretty long, warm with technical flavors. I am not disappointed at all. I really do not kniw how much this bottle cost but it is very decent, good rum that I will recomended to try anyday.
