How does Watt Rum T.D.L Trinidad TML 2007 taste?
Aggregated from 9 community reviews.
Light, menthol-led Trinidad sipper Highly regarded as a light, menthol‑spiced TDL with dried fruits and soft wood. Easy to sip despite the ABV, though several drinkers find it a bit restrained in intensity.
Fans of lighter, dry TDL/Angostura-style rums who enjoy menthol, tea and gentle spice at a higher ABV without heavy sweetness.
Those seeking big, oily intensity, heavy funk, or dessert-like sweetness; beginners wary of 57% ABV might also struggle.

A pretty good TDL impaired by a bad alcool integration. The lrofile is typical from Angostura, just in the light part. Yellow fruits, some freshness and light wood are the main traits of this rum that in the palate results pretty weak except for the alcool

08/05/2026: Road Rummers S09T05 @ TastToe. Oh, what a beautiful surprise! Very tasty TDL, with loads of fruity notes. The peaches are very present, but I didn't detect any mint. This was the clear winner of the line-up, by a wide margin.

Easy sipping TDL. Good drinking strength. Caramel and usual TDL notes but not overpowering. Needs time to rest to bring out more flavours.
