Hinweis: Tätigkeit bei der Perola GmbH (Spirituosenbranche), teilweise berufliche Involvierung bei bewerteten Abfüllungen. Alle Bewertungen sind meine persönliche, unbezahlte Meinung. Nachtrag aus letztem Jahr von der Weihnachtsfeier. Absolut solider, eher trockener und würziger El Salvador Single Cask. Die typischen Aromen Haselnuss, Tonkabohne, Milchschokolade und Bratapfel sowie grünem Apfel und Bourbon Fass sind hier gut integriert. Der Alkohol ist nicht störend und besser integriert als beim Vorgänger Fass 2023.

Tasted at the Village in Nuremberg. Nose slightly floral with a good portion of apple, pear and dried fig. On the palate also chocolate included and clearly spicy and less floral. Quite harmonious, but not quite my style.
