Blindverkostung: ich rieche Alkohol, Gras, Erde und Zuckerrohr – die Nase sagt trocken! Der Gaumen scharf, trocken und eine ganz leichte Bitterkeit. Scharf im Sinne von nicht gut eingebundener Alkohol mit vermutlich 48-50%. Wahrscheinlich ein Agricole Rhum, der nicht gerade alt ist (3-4 Jahre). Schade, den Schlieren nach hätte ich auf einen mittelalten R(h)um getippt. Der Abgang ist mittellang bis kurz. Nicht so ganz mein Fall! Ich hoffe nicht, dass es eine ältere Köstlichkeit ist, denn das Rest-Sample ist für einen Cocktail verplant ;-). 68 Punkte.
