Glue, nail polish and overripe pineapple hit first — this is a full-on Long Pond ester bomb at 63%. Underneath the solvent there's tropical fruit, citrus and an odd cacao note some tasters catch on the finish. Several people found it too hot neat and dropped water in; one called it "perfect stuff for a daiquiri." Funky, medicinal, not remotely subtle.

#5139 21.02.2025 Battle of the white evening. Nose Intense, fruity, overripe, pineapple, light polish, faint glue, ester, faint caramel. Palate Intense, warm, fruity, overripe, pineapple, light citrus, ester, spice, light glue, light polish, faint floral. Finish Very long and warm, medium intense, fruity, light citrus, faint banana, light medicinal. Empty glass Faint iodine, light pineapple, light nutts, light floral, light varnish.

I agree, it's on the borderline from good to very good. Definitely a crazy one. Ester is clearly recognizable here, plus solvents and nail polish. Very medicinal and funky. For a Jamaican, however, the tropical fruits are a bit lacking.

The initial smell could have been liquified UHU glue. The palate is quite strong and the alcohol a bit too intense. Watering it down to ca. 50% was a good idea. Really funky stuff, with water some spices are added, it gets a bit more oily and the finish is lang and warm (rather than sharp and painful). Some herbal juices linger for a while. Overall really nice - perfect stuff for a daiquiri.
