Not sweetened, not colored, yet quite light and easy drinking. A pleasant basic sweetness with caramel and molasses, quite strong wood influences due to double maturation in fresh barrels. Hardly any fruit detectable, rather resinous coniferous forest notes reminiscent of pine needles, alongside the usual suspects vanilla and dry toasted oak.
