After the great nose, I would have rated this rum better. The nose is woody, nutty and chocolaty, really top. On the palate it all fades away, very alcoholic and agricole-heavy. Chocolate and coffee are also recognizable.

Gains from being aired. Nose: spices, vanilla, caramel. Palate: vanilla, a bit strong at attack 56.71%, seems young. Length: very long, licorice, pepper.
