This rum has all the fun you expect from an amburana finish. Cinnamon and brown sugar are the main tasting notes while still having the barrel char you expect from four square. I love to keep this on hand cause it’s never a bad idea when I’m looking for something to wind down the day with.

Nose: Smells like a warm honey bun. Palate: Sweet (but not overpowering) pastry, oak, cinnamon and baking spice Finish: Long finish with baking spice, brown sugar and oak

Smells like a warm Cinnabon roll. Sweet pastry taste, in a pleasant way with a little bit of oak, cinnamon and other baking spices. Almost a desert rum. Very nice for sipping after dinner.
