Quel équilibre, une belle longueur. Bielle nous offre une belle exclusivité avec rhum vieilli dans un fut de Chambord. C’est gourmand et on retrouve bien les marqueurs Bielle. Je passe un bon moment à déguster ce rhum.

Appena rovesciato Lieve sulfureo , punta quasi funginea, Non molto gradevole , ma non copre il bouquet È un micro dettaglio Legno quasi piccante, Poi si apre… più arachidi , mi ricorda vagamente un Banyuls, un po rancio , legno La bocca è più precisa Minerale, canna , territorio ….. Un pelo di legno di troppo Rum da aspettare Penalizzato per il prezzo

Au début on se dit que c’est un peu voir très marketingle fut de chambord . Mais au final il faut bien reconnaître que l’on arrive dans un mondé différent de ce que propose bielle habituellement, on a plus de tension sur les jus malgré la puissance puissance aromatique habituelle elle gagne en élégance. Son seul défaut la bouteille ne fait que 50 cl
