Agricole drinkers who already know the Bielle house style will find this the most interesting angle here. Cask strength at 53.9%, aged three years, it keeps the grassy, mineral, sugarcane backbone but adds dried fruit, cedar and a spicy, toasted-oak edge. Several tasters felt the wood runs a touch heavy and that it opens up with time — one called it a rum to wait on.

Rum Friendly Club, advent calendar day 15. A fresh and vegetal nose with candied fruits, dried fruits, vegetal rope and a slight menthol. The palate is a bit reserved with a much more pronounced cedar wood, dried fruits and dry herbs. The finish is average but when the wood becomes discreet all the other aromas come back up.

#6537 24.03.2026 Enjoying a set of samples after picking up my wife from work. Watching Grave Mysteries again because I find it really good. A pretty nice release with a nice kick in the profile. The nose is fruity with light roasted wood, spices and sugarcane. The palate is oily with mineral, dried fruit, sugarcane, citrus and it has a nice spicy touch. The finish is long and spicy with light roasted wood, tannins, raisin and sugarcane.

What balance, a beautiful length. Bielle offers us a nice exclusive with rum aged in a Chambord cask. It's indulgent and you can clearly find the Bielle markers. I'm having a good time tasting this rum.

Appena rovesciato Lieve sulfureo , punta quasi funginea, Non molto gradevole , ma non copre il bouquet È un micro dettaglio Legno quasi piccante, Poi si apre… più arachidi , mi ricorda vagamente un Banyuls, un po rancio , legno La bocca è più precisa Minerale, canna , territorio ….. Au début on se dit que c’est un peu voir très marketingle fut de chambord . Mais au final il faut bien reconnaître que l’on arrive dans un mondé différent de ce que propose bielle habituellement, on a plus de tension sur les jus malgré la puissance puissance aromatique habituelle elle gagne en élégance. Son seul défaut la bouteille ne fait que 50 cl
