Laisser reposer quelques minutes, et vous sentirez tout de suite la différence au nez. Pour un rhum à plus de 70°, il reste intéressant.

Il faut le laisser tranquille une paire de minutes avant de mettre le nez dedans sinon l’alcool est vraiment présent. Mais après se temps de repos, le nez est surprenant, la maturation en fût de rivesaltes a bien marqué le rhum ce qui en fait au final un produit atypique et plutôt plaisant.

La Route des Rhums Adventskalender 2023 Nr. 15. Dieser hier hat einfach nur eine sehr würzige Nase. Am Gaumen dann ebenfalls sehr würzig, außerdem finde ich ihn zu alkoholisch, schmeckt etwas nach Obstler. Geht so.

Avent 2023 n 15 Non, ce n'est pas assez intégré. Pas dans mes goûts. Je connais le Genesis XO qui lui est une réussite, mais pas celui-ci. Il serait peut-être comparable au Genesis ESB sauf si la signature est différente comme le dit Longueteau. Bref, pas une réussite pour moi, pas assez d'arômes, très fort alors qu'à degré équivalent on trouve beaucoup mieux intégré. De la noix, oui peut-être, mais pas grand chose de +. Mais l'expérience est louable somme toute. Je retourne au XO, et même au bdc blanc longueteau.
