Clairement un Blend qui fonctionne ! Au nez la banane du Worthy Park domine, En bouche sans trop d’aération également, avec de belles notes beurrées et caramélisées. Avec aération, le Guyana se fait sa place petit à petit, le côté herbacé, poivre blanc, et des notes de thé apparaissent, et s’installent durablement. Alcool imperceptible. 100% plaisir. Edit : toujours très bon. Plus marqué par le chocolat et le sirop d’érable qu’à mon souvenir.

Good blend, not a combo I would have chosen. However nicely balanced. Like the other OVNI bottlings rather wood-heavy with plenty of spice. The fruit (I had a lot of banana) comes through well though.

The combination is quite harmonious. The Worthy Park profile remains somewhat dominant, but at the same time blends pleasantly with the barely less expressive Guyana flavors. Spicy, fruity with wood and roasted aromas. Overall, it is somewhat tart, but this could certainly find friends.
