Alors là, on est sur un beau blend ! On a vraiment bcp de rondeur, il y a du beurre, de la vanille, des fruits bien mûrs typiques du Belize, ensuite à la dégustation on prend cette base et on évolue vers une fraîcheur subtile, sûrement les îles Maurice, et la finale twiste complètement : on prend un petit coup de peps, et on part sur les épices. J’avoue être bluffé ! Si je devais rajouter quelque chose, ce serait une longueur complémentaire, mais là on chipote :) Merci Guillaume et l’Ours ! Édit : Goûté à nouveau, encore meilleur !

Le nez est plaisant et vif, avec une jolie couleur légèrement cuivrée Une fois en bouche c’est tout de suite la morsure de l’alcool pas très plaisant mais qui laisse quand même un bel arôme poivre, bois, fruit de la passion. Cool

Quel arôme ! Nez très gourmand sur la pâtisserie, le passage en fût de vin mûté a fait son effet. Très agréable et le sucre roux est présent. La bouche suit le nez, très gourmand sur la banane, le miel et le rhum reste très présent ! Finale sur les fruits jaunes, fraîche sur le sucre
