25.09.2019 Had a nice meet up with friends at this nice hotel near the airport. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Fresh, balanced, light, light wood, citrus, light caramel, fruity, spice. Palate Light, round, light wood, fruity, citrus, light honey, oily, balanced, light chocolate, lightly sweet. Finish Medium long, light, citrus, light earthy, lightly sweet.

Savanna 1999 – 2018, 18 ans, 46° - Nez : Le nez est premièrement assez fermé. Il laisse ensuite apparaître quelques notes médicinales, ainsi que de la fraicheur avec une pointe de zeste d’agrume. Dans le fond, on devine des fruits peu murs et compotés comme le pruneau, mêlés à la barrique. Après quelques minutes le raisin fait également son apparition. Ce nez ne témoigne pas beaucoup de l’âge du jus 5/10 - Bouche : La texture est plutôt aqueuse et les fruits sont difficiles à déceler. Ce sont les épices et le bois qui dominent cette bouche. La bouche est malheureusement assez linéaire et moins gourmande que le nez 4/10 - Finale : La finale se concentre presque exclusivement sur des notes de barrique, avec du pruneau, des raisins et son lot d’épices (muscade, bois d’inde, cardamome). Elle laisse une impression plutôt astringente mais pas désagréable 6/10 - Conclusion : Un rhum qui se veut un peu trop classique et qui manque malheureusement de gourmandise et d’originalité 15/30

It is just standard... Rumy z destilerie Savanna jsou jedny z mych nejoblibenejsich. Doporucuji kazdemu vyzkouset zejmena vuce esterove kousky jako je Grand arome nebo HERR. Tolik ovoce v nekolika malo kapkach tekutiny jste dlouho necitili.
