Nez typiquement sur les marqueurs habituels de bielle. La bouche est clairement son point fort avec une belle présence et une rondeur apportées par le fut de cognac. La finale est chaleureuse et relativement longue. Je précise que ma notation prend en compte que je ne suis habituellement pas amateur de bielle, elle aurait sans doute été bien plus haute auprès des fans de la distillerie. Bel embouteillage en tout cas. Encore un embouteilleur independant qui va mériter un intérêt particulier.
