Fresher and fruitier than its predecessor. Also, the peppery side is discreet. I still seem to have some bitterness even though the profile doesn't suggest it. Maybe because of the camembert I ate with the meal? Will taste again with a cleaner palate :p

Nose typically on the usual Bielle markers. The palate is clearly its strong point with a beautiful presence and roundness brought by the cognac cask. The finish is warm and relatively long. I specify that my rating takes into account that I am usually not a fan of Bielle, it would probably have been much higher among fans of the distillery. Nice bottling in any case. Another independent bottler that will deserve special interest.

Nice selection from Karibia, this RVMG cask strength with a profile more oriented towards red fruits than the distillery's classic productions. The rest of the markers remain in line with the usual productions. Packaging is top notch.
