Wagemut Fasssprache No. 3 französische Eiche. In etwa gleich auf mit der No. 2. Natürlich hier in Nase und Gaumen auch Eiche und das Fass zu riechen/schmecken. Abgang etwas schlechter wie No. 2, aber trotzdem okay.

French Oak Limousin: deutlich intensiver, fruchtiger und auch milder an der Nase. Gelbe Mirabellen, Williamsbirne, Vanille und etwas brioche mit Zitrusfrüchte Marmelade kommt hier entgegen. Am Gaumen deutlich trockener als erwartet, passt aber ja zu Cognac. Pelzig, adstringierend und knackige Tannine. Leichte Kräuter noten und Zitronenschale. Angenehm aber deutlich fordernder.

Etwas milder als die amerikanische Eiche. Aber der typische frische Eichengeschmack ist natürlich vorhanden.
