7,6:On the nose, the first impression we get is heavy with roasted, smoky wood with burnt sugar, butterscotch, nuts, meaty notes, buttery, spicy, dried fruits, as the molasses is herbaceous, flowery. 7,2:On the palate, the attack is dry, bitter with roasted oak notes like chocolate, cocoa, caramel, slightly meaty, smoky, spicy, resinous, fruits like dried and citrus, herbaceous molasses. 7,1:The finish is medium long, dry&tannic, with roasted, smoky and resinous, spicy oak, nutty, dried and red fruits.

Heute die letzten 3 der Wagemutt Fasssprache, hier die Nr. 15 das Walnussfass. Dieser gefällt mir sehr gut. Fass und Holz kommen durch, aber nicht zu extrem und auch das Walnussfass kann ich gut rausschmecken. Solide.

Walnuss: Auch wiederum sehr mild und keine sonderlich intensiven herausstechenden Aromen zu finden. Allerdings milder wie das Kastanien Fass finde ich. Insgesamt auch ein eher neutrales Holz würde ich sagen mit einem leicht bitter süßem Einschlag...

15.Probe der Wagemut Fasssprache WALNUT In der nase schön nussig röstig mit einem ungewöhnlichen beiklang. Im Mund sehr mild sehr frisch auch hier etwas ungewöhnlicher beiglang so ne Art Kräuter Mischung Geschmack für Salat? Schmeckt auf jeden Fall sehr gut leicht speckig fleischig auf jedenfall. Der abgang bleibt dann eher fleischig nussig. Für die kurze Lager zeit absolut gut im Geschmack
