Wagemut Fasssprache No. 11, hier das Kirschfass. Kommt in Nase und Gaumen wieder holziger rüber wie die No. 10. Schmeckt auch eher nach jungem Holz, wie nach altem. Insgesamt ist aber auch dieser Rum ziemlich okay.

Kirsche: an der Nase schon wirklich wie eine alte Nass-feuchte Kommode bei Omi. Modrig, schwer, kräuterig, harzig und intensiv. Allerdings nach etwas Zeit auch dezent für Kirschen typische Marzipan Noten, auch Kirsche kommt (wer hätts gedacht?) ganz dezent zur Geltung wird aber schnell von den harzigen modrigen Noten überdeckt. Definitiv nicht mein Favorit aber höchst spannend...

Schöne Nase. Am Gaumen guter Fasseinfluss, tatsächlich nach Kirsche und roten Früchten, natürlich noch sehr jung.
