Wagemut Fassprache No. 2, amerikanische Eiche. Jedenfalls besser wie der Base Rum. In der Nase sehr intensiv, aber natürlich überwiegt hier die Eiche, im Gaumen ebenfalls die Fasseiche zu spüren. Hat einen schönen Abgand, das hat den Rum für mich ausgebessert.

Deutlich trockener und intensiver wie der Basis Rum. Bourbon Fass sofort erkennbar mit intensiven Vanille aber auch nussigen Noten, an der Nase fast schon an Erdnussbutter erinnernd. Am Gaumen dann wirklich trocken, leicht kräuterig und Kakao betont. Leichte nussigkeit auch hier und deutlich mehr Röstaromen und Tannine wie beim basis rum und dadurch auch ein leicht längerer Abgang. Weniger alkoholisch und anstrengend auch.
