Wagemut Fasssprache No. 4 Deutsche Eiche. Bislang mein Favorit, ist nämlich milder im Geschmack wie die bisherigen. Ansonsten in Nase und Gaumen wieder Eiche und Fass. Der Abgang hat mir gut gefallen, schön mild.

Deutsche Eiche: abgefahren 😃 Kümmel, Wacholder vor allem und Kakao? Außerdem etwas schwarzer Pfeffer und leicht harzig und wachsig. Deutlich öliger und milder am Gaumen wie der french oak. Schon spannend vor allem diese Wacholder und Wald Note, erinnert fast schon an Gin.😃😃
