Wagemut Cask Language No. 6, I think the last one that aged in oak for 6 months. Of course, you can also taste the oak and the cask here. But with all these oak barrels, I can't really tell much difference.

7,8:On the nose, very pleasant, diverse with various creamy roasted wood notes like cocoa, butterscotch, nuts, meaty, smoky, chocolate, peanuts, confectionery, spicy with allspice and some cardboard is obvious, the fruits are citrus, plum, red, as the molasses brings vegetal, herbaceous touch, very enticing. 7,3:On the palate, the attack is intense, but creamy, buttery with roasted oak and notes like dark chocolate, confectionery, peanut butter, thrn cocoa, spicy with pepper, vanilla, cardboard is obvious, the fruits are red with cherry, some plums. 7,2:The finish is medium long, dry, cardboard note is present, the molasses is minty, the oak is roasted with dark chocolate, nuts, smoky, buttery, spicy with allspice, if we are patient strong coffee/mocha comes out, confectionery, perhaps tiramisu.The fruits are red with cherry.

Hungarian Tokaji cask: By far the strongest of the first 6 rums. Quite reserved on the nose, then all the more expressive on the palate. Red fruits like cherry, plum and red berries meet dark cocoa, lots of black pepper and subtle mint. Accompanied by a slight sweetness and light tannins. Very pleasant!

Sixth sample of the Wagemut Fasssprache: TOKAJI OAK the nose is rather weak, at least I don't get much from it A bit of wood, a bit of roast, nothing more. Still somehow pleasant On the palate, first very mild but then rather mineral, slightly bitter. Not really tasty The finish is strongly peppery, again a slight bitterness noticeable here. Absolutely not my thing!
