Japanisches Mizunara Holz: Insgesamt nicht so intensiv aromatisch vom Fasseinfluss: etwas Apfel, Ingwer & Pfeffer. Allerdings umso intensivere, elegante und fette ölige Tannine. Das was Mizunara eben so besonders macht in "Reinform". Elegant aber dennoch kräftig und markant!

Heute die letzten 3 derWagemut Fasssprache, zum Abschluss jetzt das Mizunara Eichefass. Auch hier kommen Eiche und Holz zum Vorschein und auch der Eichengeschmack sticht hervor. Ist ein solider Rum aber nichts besonderes.
