7,7:On the nose, it's quite heavy, the oak is roasted with chocolate, burnt sugar, smoky and meaty, nutty, spicy with vanilla, fruity with citrus fruits, the molasses brings herbaceous, flowery touch, is mineral, metallic patina arises. 7,1:On the palate, the attack is furry, oily with resinous oak, meaty, nutty and spicy with vanilla, cardboard note is obvious, the molasses is mineral, vegetal, flowery and the fruits citrus, marmelade like. 6,8:The finish is medium long, buttery, soapy, mineral, dry and furry, peppery, cardboard is again obvious, some orange peel..

Wagemut Cask Language No. 5 Carpathian Oak. Here, of course, you can smell and taste cask and fresh oak on the nose and palate. Personally, the finish is too rough for me, so it doesn't reach the German oak level.

Carpathian oak: never heard of it. Reminds me of both orange marmalade and peel, as well as wet cardboard and due to its minerality and herbal notes also of white wine. Very furry and peppery sharp finish! A wild number and hard to describe..

Fifth sample of the Wagemut cask language: CARPATHIAN OAK Already fruity and orangey on the nose Light wood and spice notes On the palate rather spicy and woody with a hint of light orange peel In the finish it then goes back to spicy and bitter.
