7,6:On the nose, fermented, vegetal molasses, pencil shavings, overripe peaches, soap, come out, oak is roasted with chocolate, cream toffee, caramelized, nutty, spicy with umami, ginger. 7:On the palate, the attack is sour, dry with roasted oak notes like butterscotch, peanuts, almonds, spicy with red pepper, ginger, salty, fruity with fermented overripe peaches. 7,1:The finish is medium long, dry&tannic, sour with red and yellow fruits, the oak is roasted with nuts, caramel, cocoa, spicy, salty, cardboard note is obvious..

Wagemut barrel language No. 7, Caucasian oak. I even find this one a bit better than the previous rums aged in oak barrels. You can taste the oak naturally, I find the rum relatively mild and pleasant.

Caucasian oak: This is completely crazy... The nose is really very restrained and shy but then comes a rather fermented overripe aroma that I didn't expect. On the palate, simultaneously sour, salty, and slightly smoky roasted? Sour overripe peach, salty pastry, a bit smoky, caramelized and cocoa also subtly present. Very exciting!

Seventh sample of the Wagemut Fasssprache: CAUCASIAN OAK Very fruity and berry-like on the nose, with light peach hints. On the palate, at the beginning quite a fruity note without being sweet, and then comes a tannin-woody note. This tannin-woody note then stays quite long in the finish.
