Heute die letzten drei der Wagemut Fasssprache diesmal das Kastaniefass. Auf jeden Fall ist das Fass herauszuschmecken und auch das Holz kommt gut durch, aber Kastanie explizit kann ich jetzt nicht herausschmecken. Ist aber ok.

Kastanie: Etwas sehr schüchtern sowohl an Nase als auch Gaumen. Grundsätzlich ausgewogen aber keine sonderlich intensive Aromatik zu erkennen die heraussticht. Der Alkohol ist hier auch wieder etwas vordergründig. Scheint mir ein eher sehr neutrales Holz zu sein.
