Moc pěkná ovocně esterová vůně, ale až příliš jemná. Chuť je na virgin sud až podezřele jemná. Dost ovocná, agricole prvky jen jemně. Krátký závěr. Ve srovnání s verzí po bourbonu je to nezvykle jemný a dost odlišný rum.
