#4576 26-27.01.2024 Hanse Spirit I would use this one for a mixer because it's just too edgy to be a good sipper in my mind. Nose Intense, fruity, glue, floral, light sugarcane. Palate Intense, alcoholic, citrus, light glue, sugarcane, faint floral notes. Finish Medium to long, floral, glue, light fruits, faint sugarcane.

Unfortunately the alcohol is not well integrated. Taste-wise lots of Christmas spices.

A bit disappointing, I expected a bit more wildness. On the other hand, considering it's not Jamaica but a Spanish-style rum from Ecuador, they played quite well with this heavy rum and it's actually a miracle that it's available to buy. Nevertheless, it didn't really impress me.

It doesn't really suit me, the taste I would regularly confuse with weaker slivovitz. Fruit, acidity.

Unfortunately no real highlight was distilled and bottled here. Neat, this bottling is not a real taste experience. As a mixer, it is more suitable, but it doesn't really convince me either.
