Wieder einmal eine sehr abgefahrene Abfüllung die Alex_Kunath hier gesplitet hat. Eine Mischung aus Rum und irgendwie einen Pflaumenschnaps. Finde ich wirklich gar nicht mal so schlecht, wirkt auch gar nicht so dünn wie der ABV vermuten lässt.
Chapeau für dieses spannende Experiment, das wirklich überraschend gut funktioniert. Die Stärke, die Harmonie aus Fruchtestern des Destillats und den Zwetschgen- und Pflaumenbrand-Aromen aus dem vorbelegten Fass spielen prima zusammen.
Der Rum müsste ein Hampden oder New Yarmouth sein. Auf jeden Fall high Ester. Wenn man es weiß kann man Zwetschke herausschmecken. Passt hervorragend zusammen!
