Ein sehr guter Agricole der feinen eleganten Art… aber ich muss sagen, da hatte ich schon bessere im Glas. Mir fehlt etwas die Komplexität und das Alleinstellungsmerkmal, was ich bei diesem Preis erwarten würde

Da hatte ich mir von 18 Jahren schon etwas mehr erhofft. Florale Nase mit Pelargonie (Duftgeranie), Zitrus (Frucht, Schale, Marmelade) sowie Zucker und etwas Rosine und kandiertes. Am Gaumen dann Eiche mit etwas Karamell + Rosine sonst nur wieder Zitrus mit Agricole Noten. Die Nase hat mir gut gefallen, am Gaumen fehlt mir aber etwas Gehalt. Ist mir da einfach zu frisch und agricolig. Insgesamt für mich eher uninteressant.

In Anbetracht des Preises und der Spec leider eine ziemliche Enttäuschung. Relativ schwer und karamellig, aber dabei auch etwas eindimensional und mit einem eher kurzen, unspektakulären Abgang. Da gibt es viele, viele weit bessere Rums für einen Bruchteil des Geldes.
