8:On the nose, the opening impression is very pleasant, round with candied fruits like orange, apricot, as the wood is roasted, really creamy and buttery with caramel, vanilla, roasted nuts and gingerbread, slightly metallic. On aeration, the fruits are dried with raisins, apricots, molasses makes presence, flowery, there is strong roastedness with leather, coffee, winterly feeling with cinnamon. 8,3:On the palate, the attack is really creamy, round with cherry whipped cream, roasted wood notes, caramelized dried apricots, syrupy, with strawberry and banana very like a marmelade.There are spicy vanilla and ginger, after the rest, lots of pastry, candied fruits, some coffee, slightly metallic patina, with molasses flowing beside. 7,7:The finish is rather short, light, dry and tannic, buttery with cream toffee, vanilla and dried, red fruits, slightly nutty and also with some leather..

Der ist irgendwie kompliziert einzuschätzen. Einerseits dich recht Süß, viel, viel Karamell und auch Vanille sowie dunkle Schokolade und Konfekt. Andererseits auch etwas Kaffee und eine schöne Röstigkeit.

Schöne goldene Farbe. Der Naseneindruck ist ehrlich gesagt recht zurückhaltend und bis auf runde Würze und etwas Karamell unspektakulär. Der Gaumen ist dann entgegen dem Naseneindruck trockener, nicht so süss wie erwartet. Noten von Toffee, Karamell etwas Holz und Würze. Im eher kurzen Abgang bleibt dann vor allem eine leicht metallische Bitternote und diese Würzigkeit dazu. Insgesamt schwierig einzuordnen. Geruch und Geschmack zeigen recht unterschiedliche Ausprägungen.
