I'll start like this, in a daiquiri it's a pretty cool brew. On its own, it's a challenge, although the alcohol is quite well integrated in relation to the ABV. In my opinion, not made for pure enjoyment, rather for mixing or spiking cocktails.

To finish today, here's a really intense one... re-racked Australian with potentially deadly 84% ABV... Nose: very intense, overripe, fermented, even rotten fruit. Mostly banana, strawberry and some pineapple. Even a bit bacon-like and towards rancid yogurt and cheese. But it's sweet. Pure sugar syrup. Interesting from tasty to disgusting. I still like it. 7.8 Palate: corresponding to the high ABV, very creamy, warm and oily. Fruity with banana, mango, strawberry and raspberry. Fruity esters. Not for a relaxed evening, but just right for a flavor kick. 8.0

#5954 13.11.2025 Enjoying a few samples after work. Nose Fresh, ester, intense, fruity, citrus, berries, light nutts, faint apple, light floral. Palate Oily, fresh, ester, intense, fruity, citrus, banana, light apple, faint mint, faint floral, light nutts. Finish Very long and warm, intense, fruity, ester, pineapple, berries, faint mint. Empty glass Light floral, banana, nutts, cherry.

The nose is powerful in the right way, with hints of green apple and citrus fruit that carry through to the palate. There's also a slight acidity that makes for a rather fresh wine. Very pleasant.
