La Perle Rare • 2022 Canne Roseau B59-92 – 54.1% • 2023 Canne Bleue B69-566 – 52.9% • 2023 Canne Rouge R579 – 54.2% La Perle Rare is the organic, single-plot, mono-varietal version of A1710. Three of the four references were present (only Canne Cristalline was missing). For my part, I have a soft spot for Canne Bleue, with that subtle iodized touch that gives it a very unique character.
