I'm not quite sure if I'm rating the right rum. This 13 year old would have to be a Hampden, probably HLCF or a Long Pond.

For me, this should be a Hampden HLCF. You can clearly see the dilution. With a few percent more, this would be an excellent Hampden. All in all, a good bottling for what the product is supposed to represent.

A very clear old school hlcf, the buttery loveliness that is ruined by an astringent bitterness at the End and the dilution which killed everything that would have been exciting about this bottling. Still not bad...
