Anyone after a light, easy aperitif rum will find the most here. It pours pale, smells floral and lightly sweet with honey, then turns surprisingly sharp and dry on the palate — pear, honey, a little bitterness and some heat. #5783 29.09.2025 Day three of the Whisky Live 2025, which this year looks better organized/arranged inside. This is a light and sweet rum with a spicy tingle on the palate. Fruits and honey flavours mixed with a light bitternes.

Quite a nice profile. Pleasantly floral without drifting into the grassy. Unfortunately a little weak on the chest. Then again, I'm not sure if a stronger profile would be tasty. Probably got the best out of the barrel. 6.8/10.

A very light color, only slightly yellow. A slightly sweet smell, slightly sour like sparkling wine. The taste is quite sharp, not a bit sweet, slightly bitter. The finish is slightly sharp and a little more alcoholic.
