Really, really good. Just a hair below the DePaz white 55%. But still, one of the best whites on the market, no mean feat. A marvel in dry ti-punch, the true test for a white agricole.

A fruity aroma rises from the glass as soon as you open it, the nose is very inviting, pineapple and banana. The alcohol is well integrated, the 55% is rather mild. The taste is dominated by the floral notes . The finish is long with slight bitterness. As Ti Punch, the rhum rather brings out the mineral, grassy and floral notes.

Beautiful intense nose and taste of rum, I would say a good entry into the world of Agricola. Not too strong as some other Agricola, a floral meadow aroma with hints of fruit. The taste of tropical fruits, pineapple, mango came to me. A little strength towards the end and a good length of flavour. Very pleasant I will definitely buy another, interesting rum to deliver in my own cask.

Un J. Bally de base dans la pure tradition agricole. On retrouve avec aisance la canne à sucre, les notes herbacées et florales, mais également de beaux arômes de fruits tropicaux qui ajoutent de la rondeur et de la saveur. En bouche, l’attaque est nette, sèche mais plaisante. Si les saveurs agricoles prédominent, les fruits exotiques tels que la mangue et l’ananas apportent une gourmandise très appréciable en bouche. On a un rhum légèrement sirupeux, équilibré et expressif. La finale, sèche et de longueur moyenne, présente une légère amertume, des notes poivrées et des arômes agricoles typiques avec la fraîcheur de la canne à sucre et des herbes. Les fruits sont un peu moins perceptibles. Un rhum blanc classique mais bien exécuté, qui se déguste aussi bien pur qu’en Ti Punch.

J'ai trouvé ce blanc très équilibre avec le juste milieu au niveau de la fraîcheur, des épices, de l'intensité. On retrouve des agrumes, du miel un peu de réglisse, ... en bref un rhum très équilibré

La Route des Rhums Adventskalender 2023 Nr. 13 J. Bally Blanc. Hier ein Agricole wie er im Buche steht. Nase schön frisch, bestehend aus Agricole und Zuckerrohr. Am Gaumen dann ebenfalls frisch, Agricole, Zuckerrohr und zusätzlich tropische Früchte.

Advent 2023 n13. A good white. Nose: Sweet cane (ripe, according to the official description), warm, citrus, passion, greedy with watts. Palate: pleasantly warm and very sweet, quite fat, lemon again, almost a ti'punch already made, but quite strong. Length: the sweetness of the fatty side is back, medium to long. A good little rum that should be excellent in ti'punch, a good candidate for aging.

Nice agricole fruity smell. I wouldn’t guess 55% by nose. Creamy beginning, full fruity body, long spicy end.
