🐟 Ricci Zodiac Poisson 2024 – 62,8 % Un rhum du Guyana distillé en 2012 en colonne (mark MDL), embouteillé après 12 ans de vieillissement. Le nez dévoile des arômes herbacés et miellés, avec une certaine élégance. Malgré son âge respectable, il conserve une vivacité un peu "sauvage", qui plaira aux amateurs de profils francs.

Dégusté et présenté au Brussels Rhum Festival ce week-end ! Nez : floral; herbacé, mielleux Bouche : complexe, palette large : citron, fruits exotiques, papaye, noix FInale: florale, (boisé), léger côté camphré = jeune mais complexe, plus jeune que la plupart des Guyana que j'avais bu jusqu'ici.

15/03/25: tasted @ Brussels Rhum Festival. I was somewhat dissapointed by this one from Guyana. Didn't really have the deep, dark flavours you look for. Probably a bit too young. Alcohol could have been integrated a bit better as well.
