06.04.2026 Retasting with Fabian in Blåvand. --------- #4635 03.03.2024 Relaxing after a very good event yesterday. Nose Fresh, wood, faint smoke , polish, fresh, floral, orange, light caramel. Palate Intense, oily, wood, faint smoke, caramel, natural sweetness, light mint, fruits, light nutts. Finish Long and warm, wood, orange, spice, caramel, light mint. Slow moving curtains in the glass. The empty glass has some faint chocolate and dried fruit. Once again thanks goes to Roberto for the sample ☺️.

On the nose it is fresh and sweet with notes of dried fruits, citrus, floral, caramel, light wood and maybe even a distant note of roasting. On the palate it is full-bodied and tasty with notes of vegetables (mint and tobacco), honey and caramel in various shades, floral, dried fruits (dates and apricots), toasted hazelnuts, young wood, spices (pepper) and citrus. It screams Guadeloupe from every pore! In the empty glass, aged dried fruits. Thanks to Roberto for the opportunity. It oscillates between 8.9 and 8.8.
