Clear color while expecting something dark. Taste little to not complex if you ask me. Even if the opinions here are extremely divergent I find the good piece but quite cool in the collection. Who expects a rum will be disappointed but who is prepared for anything will certainly be positively surprised 😃 You pay here also some for the packaging but hey - why not?

And the next chocolate rum. It has a few percent more than the previous one, but you can hardly taste it. Chocolatey taste, for me it even goes in the direction of dark chocolate. A nice shot, but not a rum.

Is this even rum, given the 35% ABV? It might be good for desserts, but don't expect rum if you decide to try it. In the nose I got chocolate, and the notes I got was overpowering chocolate, caramel, and a bit of vanilla

6,5:On the nose, there's no mistaking the goods: there's plenty of chocolate, as if cocoa powder had been diluted in the rum. There's also a very smooth, creamy, almost milky quality, giving this rum a very gourmand, regressive character. Aeration doesn't alter the profile at all, perhaps more a very sweet side and a certain suave roundness from the vanilla and caramel. 6,9:The palate is very smooth, but we're pleasantly surprised by a little relief that avoids the trap of too much roundness. The chocolate borrows a little of the coffee's character, without betraying its promise of deliciousness. 6:The finish is a mocaccino-style blend of chocolate and coffee.

I forgot to record the tasting of this thing when I got this bottle as a gift. Well, it is not a rum in the first place, just a Mexican dark chocolate flavored elixir. On the other hand, I really like their typical monkey head ceramic bottles. Expect just vanilla and a lot of chocolate.

Schokolade pur in der Nase, wirkt eher wie ein Cremé Likör. Zugute kommt ihm aber dass die Basis nicht (mehr?) so süß ist wie erwartet. Funktioniert für mich als Schokolikör, aber nicht als irgendwas mit Rum.

Nose: Feels a bit like artificial chocolate. Taste: the chocolate is not bad, taste better than you can perceive with the nose. Finish: Short. Like with the aged representation the bottle is nice and well done. I think might go well with an Old Fashioned.
